A fresh and dynamic entry, with a good and delicate persistence. This is a joyful wine to share around a table or picnic blanket, a fresh wine to make you feel good. Harvest is manual, with a selection of the best bunches. The grapes are destemmed and then undergo traditional fermentation maceration on the skins with its own yeasts for about 15 days.
