Highland Park 12 Year Old WB 30yo-plus Palate: Full bodiedYes, your eyes do not deceive you, this is not the same as our 13yo single cask from last year, this is our second (and last) single cask, official Highland Park. Distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2017, this 12yo was matured in a first fill sherry puncheon, made from American oak, that yielded 584 bottles. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 65. 8%. Nose: Honeycomb, butter, cinnamon, raisin, tinned peaches (spicy).
